Talking College is an English Online Center, which is located at the heart of Cebu City, Philippines. 

It specializes distance English learning. It provides the most fun, educational, stimulating and productive  English Language Education through interactive communication and active participation. It was founded with a vision to help the students improve their communication skills and increase their self confidence in self expression.

Recognizing the presence of highly educated English-speaking workforce in the Philippines, Talking College was established in Cebu and began it's operation in 2010. We believe that everyone can have the opportunity to be professionally trained, and to be excellent in speaking English. We provide our teachers a continuous training program that would enhance their English and teaching skills. We are building an environment of quality and competent leaders who are open to changes in content and teaching pedagogy
